<p>We reply within <strong>1–2 business days</strong>, Monday to Friday. Emails sent over a weekend or a US public holiday are answered the next business day.</p>
<p>Email is the fastest way to reach us. We do not currently offer phone support — a written thread means nothing gets lost and you have a record of what was agreed.</p>
<h2>What to include</h2>
<p>Including the right details up front usually saves a round trip:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Order question:</strong> your order number (it starts with a #, and is in your confirmation email)</li>
<li><strong>Sizing help:</strong> your usual size, your height, and which carrier you use</li>
<li><strong>Damaged or wrong item:</strong> your order number plus clear photos of the item and the packaging</li>
<li><strong>Return or exchange:</strong> your order number and which item you would like to send back</li>
<li><strong>Delivery concern:</strong> your order number and your tracking number</li>

<h2>Before you email</h2>
<p>A few things we are asked most often, answered already:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Tracking has not updated.</strong> Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start moving after dispatch. This is normal.</li>
<li><strong>Where is my order?</strong> Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and arrive in 4–15 business days after that. If tracking has shown no movement for 10 business days, email us and we will investigate.</li>
<li><strong>What size should I order?</strong> Your usual size. The pouch is cut to expand over your carrier, so there is no need to size up.</li>
<li><strong>Can I return it?</strong> Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn with tags. See our Refund & Return Policy.</li>
