Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 15 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Peak periods such as November and December can add a few days.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Any free-shipping threshold in effect will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
Split shipments
Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels at different times. Each parcel is tracked separately.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the item cost minus shipping.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, customs checks, severe weather, and other events outside our control can cause delays. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we will investigate.
