We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how it works.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks and pet hair, and returned with any original tags and packaging attached. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour chosen: you pay return shipping.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item sent: we pay. Email us a photo and we will send a prepaid label or refund in full without needing the item back.
Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
How to start a return
- Email support@babywearingfleece.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what is wrong.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back using a tracked service — we cannot refund parcels that do not arrive.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us; unannounced returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so you are not waiting on stock.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can usually cancel and refund in full before the order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
